Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your order. If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, contact us within 14 days of delivery at bearclothing43@gmail.com.

Please include photos of the damage or issue with your email so we can review and forward it to our fulfillment team.

Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide next steps. Refunds or replacements will only be issued after our fulfillment team confirms the damage or error.

Because each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns for size exchanges. Please check the size guide before purchasing.
